Meet the devs on 31-May-2022: Tell us your time preference! Post locked

Hear ye, hear ye, Citizens!

On Tuesday, the 31st of May 2022, you can meet the dev team of Tau Station -once again- in a video call (see our recent blog post). Please share your time preferences in this thread, because we want to ensure that as many Community members will be able to join the call as possible.

How to post

  • 1 post per Citizen only (no discussions to keep it simple and clean)
  • Modify your post if needed
  • Post your time slot in UTC, for example 16:00 - 22:00 UTC

Here's a useful website to convert your time into UTC.

Results

We'll collect your time preferences until Sunday, 29th of May, and announce the final decision/result shortly afterward.

Info about using zoom: No app needed!

Additional information added on May-18 for you: Two Community members mentioned that they're not able to install the zoom app and therefore might not be able to join the call although they'd love to. Here's the good news: we tested it together and you can use the webbrowser as well and join us this way. It works! So, don't worry in case you cannot install the app as well.

The zoom help page explains briefly how to use zoom in your web browser.

Cheers!

  1. Perfect, thank you!

  2. If you were able to join us, what would be your time frame?

  3. Someone else beat you to the hour 16:00-17:00 UTC, but I should be good the rest of the window after that through to 22:00.

  4. Thanks for sharing your time frame!

  6. I am available on that day any time after O500 Chicago time (1000UTC)

  7. Thanks, Bob. Time frame noted down :)

  8. My availabilities are 18:00  - 22:00 UTC.

But I just read it requires installing something on the computer. If this is the case, I will not be able to join.

    See you all KMK

  9. Hi,

I checked the help page of zoom and there is a web client option for it:

    • "The Zoom web client allows joining a Zoom meeting or webinar in a web browser without downloading any plugins or software."
    • We can test it together if you want to. Please just poke me either here ingame or on Discord and we can give it a try.

    Cheers!

  10. Hey everyone, after we tested the usage of zoom in a web browser without the need to install the app, I added some details about how it works to the first post for you.

Thanks for testing it with me yesterday evening, KMK!

    Cheers!
