[typo] Amber Aegis: BD31

Has the exact same description as Amber Aegis: BD32, including: "The sleek BD32 is favored by Benevolent Dynamics field security personnel." (should be "BD31")

    Amber Aegis: BD30 also has the same description referencing the BD32.
