Refusing to sign the waiver leads to failure of the Side Job, as expected. However, I still got:

Fortunately I did not actually receive the credits, just the message.

Can you drop a bug report in that case please?
A dev team member would have to check the logs of your char and eventually the according Side Job.
I assume you did double check your credit logs?

I did, and there was no corresponding entry for receiving credits. That's why I didn't submit a formal bug report initially: it seemed like just a text error. Filing bug report now. Thanks!
