Writing this from the Brig at Yards of Gadani
The current logic around punishing heavy PvP hitters for their behavior is nice, but the fact that similar logic is applied to long-running PvE battles - IMHO, not so much. I had, like, 3 or 4 times over the past couple of tenspans when I was distracted from a fight with some Brigand by external IRL events and ended up in Brig. I assume that to get my reputation back to where it was I would need to perform a few hundred discreet works now, which feels disproportionately harsh.
Could we maybe replace the punishment type from Brig to Sick Bay for PvE fights?
