I have been told that the label "Accuracy" on a weapon does not refer to the "Accuracy" of the weapon.
"For firearms, accuracy is the ability to hit exactly what one is aiming at, and precision is the ability to hit the same place over and over again in a repeatable fashion. Both are the goals of accurizing, which generally concentrates on four different areas:" - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Accurizing
If the weapon is more easy to use with a higher "Accuracy" rating then it should be labelled "Simplicity". If the weapon is more difficult to use with a higher rating then it should be labelled as "Difficulty". The word "Accuracy", in this context, is misleading if it does not refer to how easy it is to make the weapon hit the spot being targeted.
