[SUGGESTION] University courses qol changes

Suggestion from Deth, copied from general forum to Council Forum at request of staff.

  1. Changing the text colour to denote which university courses are NOT offered on the station would be super helpful.
  2. Also, maybe gray out university courses which require prerequisite courses be completed that have not been met?
