The Old Gods

Ages ago,

The Gods themselves,

roamed the skies.

Bodies of steel and thunder,

their anger shook the earth,

with a rain of iron and fire.

Vast beyond comprehension,

They shook the void,

with cataclysmic song.

Derelict they lay now,

Vast forms,

sleeping in the deep.
