59 - Why does this say 420?

Along the way back to Tau for a refresher course, I had to stop in again at Taungoo for noodles, and of course all was back to normal. No need to wait for the servers when I could carry out orders. I always miss this place as I travel, but I have more promises to keep, so time there was short.
Naturally, no journey through Sol would be complete without a cup of coffee and a chat with the lovely and lively Elisa, so I found myself volunteering there as well.

As I passed through the ruins, . . .

I met . . .

guess who . . . . .

El Bandito Peteo.

They let him out.

I found him whistling a strange tune as he robbed an unconscious person, so I yelled to him, and he smiled, waved his rifle and gestured for me to 'bring it on.' Yup, these are two different people, the one in BS and the one in front of me there . . .
So I shot him, and he dropped a rations pack, T2 . . .
I think I did him a favor. I took a few credits for the disposal service.
I looked all around for his victim, but he was gone, so I went on to Tau, where I worked the port for a while and started a new course. After that, it was time to return to Barnard's Star to keep a promise to one of my friends. Never lose sight of the value of promises.

I don't know why I hadn't noticed this before, but the path was labeled "420-C". . . and I paused a moment to ponder . . .
