Another month comes to an end and all teams were able to finish a lot, as you can see in our brand new status report. Many UIs and designs made it to the game. The primary driving force in the successful tenure of the space traveler is simple: survival. Whether entering a strange new station, scavenging for goods, or trying to level the playing field with an obstinate negotiation gone awry, sometimes a well-armed response might be your best hope for a tidy outcome in the Tau Station universe. A post-scarcity life can get rough from time to time. It’s best to be prepared with the proper tools to smooth it all out. Sometimes, the best tool is one of our various styles of guns.
Previously, we offered a glimpse into The Art of the Market and The Art of Space Travel. This week we’d like to present you with a sample of weapons devised by the Tau Station art team.

More than simply linear paths or interactive stories, our missions in Tau Station provide a unique adventure in immersion. To advance through the universe of Tau Station, many difficult decisions await. Missions are one of the main sources of experience in the game, and completing them will help you to understand the Tau Station universe better. Passing them won’t be easy, however.
In order to provide the narrative team with enough level of creative freedom, we are constantly improving and developing new features for our mission authoring tool: Mission Builder. Now it’s time to uncover some of the internal details and show what goes on the behind the scenes while playing in Tau Station.

Space is big. You just won’t believe how vastly, hugely, mind-bogglingly big it is. I mean, you may think it’s a long way down the road to the chemist’s, but that’s just peanuts to space.
The universe of Tau Station is indeed a ‘mind-bogglingly big’ place. In an effort to make it a little less daunting, we’re launching a tour of some of the many places you may discover throughout your journeys in Tau Station. Read the first of our Galactic Destinations series below as you walk into an Inn on København known as the The Mermaid…
