Let’s start the New Year together with something special: the first spaceship will launch to Tau Station soon! On 2nd January 2018, the Closed Alpha (CA) Test will start! Tau Station Status Report: November 2017

Another month comes to an end and all teams were able to finish a lot, as you can see in our brand new status report. Many UIs and designs made it to the game. Features like storage per station and Market Vendors have been implemented, a lot of progress was made by the narrative team, new missions were added, and more load testing was performed. Several tasks need be done before Closed Alpha can start, but the outlook for December points out that we’ve been coming closer: Full in-house play-testing is on the list…

Tau Station Status Report: October 2017

Time is running out fast! 2017 is nearly over, but we made a lot of progress in October 2017, as you can see in the new status report about the development of our science fiction game, Tau Station. Our focus is (still) on getting the game ready for Closed Alpha. Due to the progress on the backend, the frontend team was able to get several core elements in shape for testing. The art team has created a lot of designs. Long story short: several UIs, core game chat, and a couple more missions are waiting for you, while game design is pushing the skill system and combat even further.

Goodbye September 2017, and a warm welcome to October! The team is pushing hard towards getting Tau Station into shape for Closed Alpha. Tau Station Status Report: July

July was a month filled with it a lot of progress.

Comic Con: The Land of Imagination and Promise

Lights flicker against the summer marine haze of a San Diego dusk. Sounds of anticipation and joy seem to swell from the very ground itself. The glistening paints hues over the rumble: the giggy glee and excitement of a little slice of magic here on Earth: Comic Con. A time and place of celebration and freedom, Comic Con calls to a part of us all.

For four days fandoms collide to simultaneously give thanks and be thanked for and by their favorite creative pop-culture properties. Teams from television, films, animes, games, mangas & comics anxiously await the chance to meet the people who hold sacred the work they do. That encounter and exchange is a beautiful one. There is a spectacular synergy in the air. We are just as excited to see you and you are to see us. It is a unique perk of the Con scene that can not be underscored enough: meeting you matters to us.

June has drawn to a close Tau Station has continued to grow and evolve. There is, of course, still much to do, but seeing progress taking shape fuels our passion to soldier on! The new status report shows you how much we achieved the last month.

Tau Station Status Report: May

May is almost over and this month brought us many ups and downs… but only regarding the temperatures here in Western Europe. Our international development team is “weather-proof” and is moving steadily forward to Closed Alpha—regardless of the circumstances beyond our windows. This month we were also able to set up important internal processes and tools which will help us to work more efficiently in the weeks to come.
